• Advising Clanwilliam Investments Limited on its proposed takeover of an AIM-listed company.

• Part of a team advising Investcorp on its recommended cash offer for OpSec Security Group Plc, in particular, advising on the equity arrangements for the rollover of existing management and the cash confirmation exercise.

Restructuring

• Advising on the UK aspects of the restructuring of a global health tech company.

• Advising a UK corporate on the restructuring of various intra-group loan arrangements.

Other Corporate Experience

• Advising an Italian furniture manufacturer on its joint venture in connection with the proposed expansion of its distribution network and the opening of retail stores across the UK.

• Advising on the legal framework necessary in connection with the establishment of the ECO Capacity Exchange, which allows members to trade goods and services using a new virtual currency (ECO) and for which the team won an award at the 2016 FT Innovative Lawyers Awards.
