
Dalton Hirata
Biography
Dalton Hirata is an associate in the Amsterdam tax team. Dalton focuses on international taxation and he primarily works for multinational companies, advising on tax optimization of their cross-border transaction and structures. He is very involved with advising Brazilian and other Latin American companies in both outbound and inbound investments, predominantly those related to investments from/to Europe.
Dalton is a member of Baker McKenzie's Latin American Desk. He holds a law degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil, where he is also enrolled with the BAR association (OAB). He received his LLM degree (cum laude) from Leiden University in the Netherlands, where he also worked as teaching assistant and is regularly invited as lecturer.
