Biography
Shahla Hazratjee is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Houston office. She is a member of the Firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group as well as the Houston office's Pro Bono Committee.
Prior to joining the Firm, Shahla worked with an international law firm in Karachi, Pakistan, where she represented clients in connection with inbound and outbound investments, joint ventures, M&A and project financing (including Islamic financing).
Practice Focus
Shahla focuses on M&A, corporate restructurings and securities. She is experienced in global restructuring project management as well as cross-border and multijurisdictional transactions.
