Mateusz Grabiec is a member of the Real Estate & Construction Group in the Warsaw office. He has developed his practice in matters relating to real estate and construction law. Mateusz is actively engaged in various pro bono efforts, particularly with Centrum Pro Bono, an organization that acts as an interface between NGOs and law firms.
Mateusz regularly represents investors in real estate transactions, including site acquisition and disposal, construction, as well as the development and commercialization of office and retail investments in Poland. He has also counseled landlords and tenants in the conclusion of lease contracts, particularly with respect to the office real estate market in Poland. Mateusz works with contractors in procedures for awarding public contracts under Polish Public Procurement Law.

Advised Hochtief Development Poland in all aspects of the construction, forward sale and commercialization of Lipowy Office Park in Warsaw.
Advised Lockheed Martin Global, Inc. in signing lease agreement for its Polish branch seat.
