Biography
Mag. Philip Gonaus is a junior associate in the Corporate/M&A Practice Group at Baker McKenzie in Vienna. Prior to joining the Firm in July 2023, he obtained professional experience as a judicial clerk at the Higher Regional Court Vienna. Before graduating from the University of Vienna, he worked as a law clerk at a renowned national law firm.

Philip focuses his practice on advising domestic and international clients on M&A transactions and general corporate law matters as well as on corporate reorganizations and restructurings.
