Biography
Jan-Willem A.M. Gerritsen started with Baker McKenzie Amsterdam in the International Tax Group in 1990, and has been a partner since 1998. He is affiliated with the Dutch Bar Association, the Dutch Organization of Tax Practitioners (NOB) and the IFA.
Practice Focus
Jan-Willem focuses on rendering tax advice to multinationals, particularly in relation to supply chain management, transfer pricing, tax risk management and tax and legal aspects of M&A and financing transactions. He advises various multinationals on the use of holding, financing and licensing structures in a European perspective. Jan-Willem has also been involved in the development of several tax efficient financing structures for US and European clients.
