Alberto is a junior associate in the Tax Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's office in Mexico City. He joined the Firm in 2014 and has 4 years of experience as a Law Clerk and 2 years as a Junior Associate in Tax Dispute Resolution and Tax Planning legal matters. Since 2014, Alberto has been involved in the preparation, filing, attention and follow-up of constitutional and administrative appeals, audit procedures, conclusive agreements, among others, as well as preparing legal opinions to determine the tax treatment applicable to companies’ operations located in Mexico and abroad.

Alberto has also great experience assisting big companies with Anti-Money Laundering legal matters, specially with the regularization of obligations contained in the Anti-Money Laundering Law and its Regulations.
