Bob Gambino is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Palo Alto office, where he advises on transfer pricing, tax planning and tax controversy matters. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Gambino was a manager at a Big Four accounting firm for six years, working extensively with US and foreign multinationals on transfer pricing.
Mr. Gambino advises multinational companies on international tax issues, with particular emphasis on transfer pricing planning. He has assisted several companies in structuring and implementing intangible property development arrangements; structuring distribution, manufacturing and services supply chains; as well as developing and documenting transfer pricing positions.
