Stefan Fritsch is an associate and member of the German Tax Practice Group in Munich. Since 2016 he has been advising multinational enterprises on international tax and particularly transfer pricing matters. Before joining Baker McKenzie in January 2022, Stefan worked in the Transfer Pricing team at a Big Four accounting firm. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration with focus on Accounting, Finance and Taxation from the University of Passau and is a Certified German Tax Advisor (Steuerberater).

Practice Focus

Stefan advises his clients in a variety of transfer pricing matters including analysis, structuring, documentation and defense of transfer pricing systems. Stefan has relevant project experience in operational transfer pricing (price setting, monitoring, steering, controlling aspects), intercompany service charging (conceptual design, documentation) and transfer pricing dispute resolution (APA/MAP/Joint Audits). His industry experience includes: automotive, construction, engineering and IT.
