Katie Fisk is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in Chicago. She has experience drafting and preparing pleadings and motions in patent infringement cases for patents covering electronic devices and internet technology. She also has experience in preparing a petition Inter Partes Review and in various aspects of patent prosecution. Katie has a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. She also served as candidacy editor on her law school’s IP journal where she wrote and edited articles on patent litigation topics.
