Michael Farrell is a tax associate in the Dallas office of Baker McKenzie. He joined the Firm after two years as a federal judicial clerk for the Honorable Richard Morrison of the United States Tax Court in Washington, DC.
Mr. Farrell’s practice focuses on all areas of US federal income taxation, including international and domestic tax structuring and planning for corporations, partnerships, and other pass-through entities. Mr. Farrell’s practice also includes tax controversy matters and advising non-US financial institutions on US tax and regulatory issues. He is licensed to practice in Texas.
