Joaquín Fabré is a Banking & Finance partner in Baker Mckenzie’s Barcelona office and member of the Banking and Restructuring & Insolvency Practices.
Mr. Fabré represents banks, other financial institutions, and corporate borrowers and issuers on high-end domestic and cross-border transactions, including banking, finance and restructuring transactions.

Mr. Fabré extensive experience includes: acquisition and leveraged finance; corporate lending, post IPO financing, and loan markets; alternative financing and direct lending; distressed investing and debt trading; real estate financing; high yield debt offerings; restructuring, insolvency, and special situations; margin loan and project finance.
