Marcel Enrich is a partner in Baker & McKenzie's Commercial & Corporate Practice Group in Barcelona. He has advised on a wide range of matters, including corporate sale and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, refinancing and commercial contracts, acting for international and domestic clients, as well as pre-litigation and litigation matters. Mr. Enrich is a professor in the Master in International and Community Law program of the Barcelona Bar Association. He is also a regular contributor to seminars and sessions at ESADE, International University of Catalonia, and in the Master of Business Law program of Pompeu Fabra University.
Mr. Enrich's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing and restructuring, and general corporate law. Additionally, he has experience in international arbitration. He also provides day-to-day advice to family offices, Spanish entities and multinational corporations in financial, company law, commercial and contractual matters.

Advised to Spanish and foreign private equity funds with or without a presence in Spain in private equity operations.
Advised to financial institutions and companies on refinancing, financing of acquisitions, project finance, financing of assets (airplanes), and stock operations.
