Véronique is a Counsel in Baker McKenzie's Intellectual Property Practice Group and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee in Mexico. She has been working on IP matters since 2001, and joined Baker McKenzie in 2009.
Her practice focuses on trademark availability searches, intellectual property prosecution, handling of large trademark portfolios for national and foreign clients and the follow-up of national trademark portfolios registered abroad. She has participated in the development of trademark protection strategies for various industry clients in Mexico and the United States. Veronique is involved in the drafting and revision of franchise and license agreements. She has coordinated and participated in complex IP due diligence exercises.
