Wouter Diederen
Biography
Wouter Diederen is a legal director with the Amsterdam Tax Practice Group. He practices in Dutch corporate income tax law and international tax planning. He primarily works with active industries, such as oil and gas, and with retail and media, focusing on Latin America. Wouter is a member of the Amsterdam office's Latin America Desk and of the Dutch association of tax advisors (NOB).
Practice Focus
Wouter advises multinational enterprises on international tax planning and group restructuring. His experience includes the set-up of joint ventures, treaty interpretation and anti-abuse law. Wouter is also experienced with (cross-border) mergers, split-offs and the issuance of bonds.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised Embraer Group on the structuring of a EUR 890 million bond issue on the New York Stock Exchange through a newly established Dutch entity.
