Gianfranco Di Garbo has been a partner in the Firm’s Milan office since 1985. He advices clients on dispute resolution, employment law, general corporate and partnership law matters.
Mr. Di Garbo’s practice is focused in the areas of dispute resolution and employment law, with special emphasis on commercial and construction disputes before Arbitration Courts, ordinary courts and the Supreme Court. Throughout his career, Mr. Di Garbo has handled more than 50 arbitration cases as counsel or arbitrator. His practice also covers executive managers’ disputes, restructuring and reorganization processes and industrial relations. Mr. Di Garbo also has a significant corporate law practice, where he assists major companies in the handling of corporate general affairs, as well as corporate governance and compliance matters. His wide client base includes domestic and foreign-based multinational organizations in the steel, automotive parts, computers and computer storage systems, software, consumer electronics, chemical, and telecommunications sectors.
