He has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and M&A, and has represented clients in major litigation and competent authority cases involving transfer pricing, tax treaty and European law issues. Fred is a member of the International Fiscal Association and board member of the Society for Commercial Law (Vereeniging Handelsrecht). He served as managing partner and chairman of the board from July 2010 until July 2013.
Fred routinely handles transfer pricing arrangements for both Netherlands and multinational companies in the food, pharmaceuticals, software, tobacco, dredging, oil and gas, retail and electronic data storage industries.
