Linda Dařílková is a member of Baker McKenzie's Employment & Labor and Healthcare practice groups in Prague. She focuses on labor law issues, advises on compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards in the areas of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and deals with regulatory issues pertaining to personal data processing.
Ms. Dařílková advises on labor law issues, including immigration and assignment of employees to perform work, the establishment of trade unions and employee councils, collective bargaining, and safety and protection of health at work. Her practice also focuses on ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards, including regulating the production, registration, distribution, clinical trials and advertising of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Ms. Dařílková also handles regulatory issues pertaining to personal data processing, including the registration with relevant authorities and consents to personal data processing.
