Adriana Carolina Combatt
Biography
Adriana Combatt joined Baker McKenzie Colombia in November of 2013 as a middle associate for the Corporate Department and was named senior associate in July 2015.
Periodically, Adriana worked at a local firm where she handled corporate, commercial, civil and arbitration matters. Adriana is part of the List B of arbitrators of the Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.
Currently, she participates in complex cross-border reorganization and restructuring projects, foreign exchange matters, corporate and company law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder disputes.
