
Divine Collins
Biography
Divine Collins is an associate at Baker McKenzie's Chicago office and a member of the Transactional practice group. She graduated magna cum laude from Spelman College and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago where she received recognition for her pro bono efforts.
During law school, Divine was a member of the Chicago Law Foundation, served as a mentor in the UChicago Careers in Law program, Director of Women's Initiatives in the Law Women's Caucus, and Webmaster for the Black Law Student Association.
Divine was also a BWLA scholar, National Bar Association scholar, Baker Diversity scholar, and Jenner & Block scholar.
Practice Focus
Divine advises clients on various corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and other strategic transactions.
