Claire-Marie Colantuoni is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Labour, Employment and Employee Benefits Group. She joined Baker McKenzie in 2014 after completing the articling program with the Firm in Toronto.
Ms. Colantuoni advises employers on a wide range of labour and employment law matters, providing practical legal and business advice to domestic and international private and public sector clients.
Ms. Colantuoni’s practice encompasses all areas of labour and employment law in both Canadian common law and Quebec’s civil law jurisdictions, with a particular focus on employment standards, labour relations, human rights, occupational health and safety, wrongful dismissals, and privacy, as well as the employment and labour aspects of corporate transactions.
