Dr. Roman Cincelli is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Dispute Resolution and Investigations & Compliance Practice Group in Zurich. Prior to joining the Firm in 2018, Dr. Cincelli worked as a law clerk at the Administrative Court of the Canton of St. Gallen and the District Court of Rorschach. He gained primary experience as a trainee lawyer for a large business law firm in Zurich. Furthermore, he worked at the University of Fribourg as academic assistant at the Chair for Contract Law, Comparative Law and Private International Law of Prof. Thomas Probst and obtained a PhD (Dr. iur.) for his doctoral thesis in the field of trust law.
Dr. Cincelli focuses his practice on domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He also advises clients on civil and commercial law, general contract and corporate law and represents individuals and companies on trust, foundation and estate issues.
