Subin is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Sydney office. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie Sydney, Subin worked at the Seoul office of a major international law firm.

Subin has a diverse range of corporate and financial experience in advising clients. She has acted for leading financial institutions and corporate clients on a wide range of financing transactions. She has also advised underwriters in ECM transactions, including placements and entitlement offers.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Acted for a multinational building and construction materials company in relation to its AUD 1.4 billion refinance of its existing syndicated facility and additional liquidity facilities by way of a number of bilateral facilities and a move to a new common terms platform, a new USD 200 million USPP, amendments to existing facilities and additions to its ISDA program.

  • Advised Moelis as sole lead manager and underwriter in relation to the AUD 100 million capital raising by Centuria Capital Group.

  • Acted for an Irish listed company in raising USD 600 million by way of an issuance of New York law governed High Yield Notes.

  • Acted for a listed private healthcare provider in amending financial covenant and debt terms with 19 global lenders following the Covid-19 outbreak.

  • Advised a major non-bank lender on secondary debt market trades for existing loan facilities.

  • Acted for major international bank in reviewing loan and ISDA documents to prepare for the transition away from LIBOR.

  • Acted for an international solar energy provider in refinancing the construction and operation of solar farms.
