Jeanne Chenard-Soucy is an economist in Baker McKenzie’s Palo Alto office. Jeanne focuses on global transfer pricing issues, with significant involvement in transfer pricing consulting, restructuring, economic analysis, valuation, controversy support and transfer pricing documentation. Her experience covers comprehensive analysis relating to domestic and foreign documentation for a diverse group of industries and business segments.
Jeanne has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, with substantial experience in electronics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She prepares economic and financial data analyses for transfer pricing projects that present clients with tax strategies associated with intercompany transactions. Additionally, Jeanne analyzes financial data within the context of loan documentation and valuation projects.
