Biography

Barry Chang is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Palo Alto office and a member of the Firm’s Transactional Practice Group. Barry’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, with a practice focus in the technology sector. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Barry served as corporate counsel for a San Francisco fintech company where he advised on all corporate development initiatives. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Barry was an analyst in Goldman Sachs’ fixed income group.
