Acting for a Malaysian government pension fund on its GBP 282,400, 000 refinancing of a property portfolio including a multi-let property at St Katherine's Dock, EC1 and providing ongoing leasing and property management advice in relation to the corporate occupiers.
Acting for a luxury retail client advising on their retail roll-out across Europe, including lettings of units in prominent high street locations, shopping centres and outlet villages and associated licensing matters
Acting for a luxury retail client on post-acquisition integration projects following acquisitions of other brands.
Acting for a high-net worth individuals in relation to a number of sales and purchases of high-value freehold and lease residential property.
