Biography
Sarah Calhoun works in the Palo Alto office for Baker & McKenzie Consulting LLC. Ms. Calhoun focuses primarily on transfer pricing issues and has assisted multinational corporations with a wide range of transfer pricing issues, including documentation, planning, advance pricing agreements (APAs), and audit/controversy support.
Ms. Calhoun has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, with significant experience in retail, distribution, chemicals, and mining. Ms. Calhoun prepares economic and financial data analyses for transfer pricing projects that present clients with effective tax strategies associated with intercompany transactions.

Sarah Calhoun is an economist of the Firm's Economics Group in Palo Alto. She focuses on transfer pricing and has experience in audit support, transfer pricing planning, and documentation. Ms. Calhoun participated in a year-long associate transfer program in the Sydney, Australia office during 2019 during which she worked with clients on a range of Australian transfer pricing, tax planning and audit support issues. Ms. Calhoun joined Baker McKenzie in 2014 from the research and evaluation group of a US government consulting firm.
