Biography

Sarah Calhoun works in the Washington, DC office for Baker & McKenzie Consulting LLC. Ms. Calhoun focuses primarily on transfer pricing issues and has assisted multinational corporations with a wide range of transfer pricing issues, including documentation, planning, advance pricing agreements (APAs), and audit/controversy support.

Ms. Calhoun has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, with significant experience in retail, distribution, chemicals, and mining. Ms. Calhoun prepares economic and financial data analyses for transfer pricing projects that present clients with effective tax strategies associated with intercompany transactions.
