
Adeline Brosnan
Biography
Adeline is a senior associate in the Sydney Information Technology & Commercial Practice Group, with experience in technology, and major projects and infrastructure.
Adeline joined Baker McKenzie in 2021, having previously been a Commercial Contracts Practice Leader at a commercial law firm committed to innovating and transforming legal services. In this role, she assisted small to medium and large enterprise clients with all of their information and technology requirements, and provided suppliers and those looking to procure technology with commercial advice and contract drafting, review and negotiation assistance.
Prior to this, Adeline was part of an Australian top-tier firm’s major projects team, where she worked on technology focused infrastructure projects.
Adeline has both private practice and in-house experience, having spent time on client secondments.

Assisting multinational medical technology clients to respond to government requests for tender, and drafting and negotiating manufacturing and distribution agreements for health and beauty clients.

Drafting and negotiating a suite of contracts for a client specialising in drone autonomy, LIDAR mapping and data analytics, including contracts for sale and resale of its technology services and products.

Drafting and negotiating a multimillion dollar strategic partnership agreement between a client and a world-leading robotics supplier in order to set-up and operate a warehouse automation and robotics system.

Assisting an Australian small business loans provider to partner with an Australian fintech company to deliver its services through a SaaS platform that allows companies to manage trade accounts end-to-end, including loan applications, credit checks, approval and account management in one system.

Negotiating partnership agreements between a leading open banking platform provider and its customers and partners (some of which are banks), including for access to its APIs and to provide the benefits of its secure financial data collection and sharing technology.

Reviewing and negotiating services contracts for Australian entities in a large global media agency group, including contracts for the media agencies to provide media buying, content creation, website development and search engine optimisation services.

Leading contract negotiations to uplift security requirements, expand and change the direction of projects and establish innovation funds.
