Chi-May Brewer is an economist in the Firm's Houston office. She has managed transfer pricing studies for multinational corporations on a broad range of transfer pricing issues and in a variety of industries. Ms. Brewer also performs financial modeling and analyses. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, she worked at Big Four accounting firms and in the airline industry where she performed many financial and economic analyses.
Ms. Brewer works extensively on global transfer pricing issues, including planning intercompany pricing, overhead allocation, restructuring intercompany arrangements, and documenting tangible, intangible, and services transactions for tax purposes. Her experience covers a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas services, semiconductors, software developers, equipment manufacturers, and engineering and related services. In addition, Ms. Brewer has performed financial modeling, economic analyses, valuations, and forecasting of company and industry financial results.
