Biography
Lisanne Bögels works as a tax advisor in the European Transfer Pricing team of Baker & McKenzie in Amsterdam. She works in the fields of transfer pricing, efficient supply chain planning, business restructurings, transfer pricing documentation compliance, and audit defence cases. She gained experience from a broad range of transfer pricing analyses and related issues, including the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies, transfer pricing risk management, audit defence and international dispute resolution, permanent establishment analyses, international taxation and international tax treaty analyses.
Further, Lisanne has extensive knowledge of the new transfer pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting requirements in the Netherlands, which are effective starting from January 2016. She works for a variety of international clients that are active in different industries, including the software and technology industry, apparel and consumer products, and the oil and gas industry. She joined Baker & McKenzie in 2014.

In addition, Lisanne has extensive knowledge of the new transfer pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting (CBCR) requirements. She is part of the global CBCR working group within the Firm that keeps track of the developments in relation to CBCR in various countries around the world. Lisanne works for a variety of international clients that are active in different industries, including the software and technology industry, oil and gas, apparel and consumer products, and the fragrances and food industries.
