Samuel Bodík is a member of the Firm's Real Estate & Environment Practice Group in Prague.
Samuel specializes primarily on real estate and trade and commerce domains. He has advised on Czech and Slovak legal aspects of multinational real estate due diligence projects, including property acquisition, development, commercialization and disposal, and has handled diverse pre-acquisitional and pre-transactional M&A agenda.
Samuel has further provided legal support to corporate clientele on labour and employment operational matters, corporate governance and regulatory compliance in the context of the data protection realm. He was one of the contributors to academic commentaries on the GDPR published in the Czech Republic in 2019. Samuel’s expertise also spans e-commerce and telecommunication industries.
