Biography

Eric Biscopink is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the Firm, Eric was a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph R. Goeke at the United States Tax Court.

Practice Focus

Eric advises mainly on tax controversy matters, including transfer pricing and other local and international tax disputes. He assists clients in all stages of tax disputes, from audit and administrative appeals before the IRS to litigation before the United States Tax Court and other federal courts. He also advises clients on the taxation of compensation and benefits.
