Ryan Bingham is a member of the Banking & Finance group in Baker McKenzie's New York office. Prior to joining the New York office, Ryan spent three years in the Banking & Finance group of Baker McKenzie's Tokyo office, acting for both Japanese and international clients on transactional and regulatory matters.
Ryan focuses his practice on acquisition finance, project finance, financial services regulation and fintech.

Represented a major Japanese fund in connection with its investments in a US-based fintech start-up.
