Biography
Russell Berry is a senior associate in London Banking and Finance and he advises banks, sponsors and borrowers on a wide variety of international financing transactions, including banking lending, structured finance and derivatives, often with a significant tax element.
Russell spent 9 months on secondment to the structured capital markets desk at Barclays, where he was involved in the execution of a number of international structured finance trades.Practice Focus
