Biography

Dr. Michael Bartosch is a Corporate / M&A partner in Baker McKenzie’s Munich office. He has more than ten years of experience assisting clients in cross-border and domestic M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions. Michael is ranked by Legal 500 and JUVE as recommended lawyer in his areas of practice. Michael joined Baker McKenzie in 2006. In 2010 he worked in the Firm's Chicago office.

  • Advised Cleverciti Systems on the growth capital financing by a syndicate including ENBW Ventures and The Westly Group.

  • Advised Johnson Controls on the spin-off of its automotive seating business to Adient.

  • Advised Ashland Inc. on a joint venture with Süd-Chemie AG.

  • Advised Mahle GmbH on the acquisition of a participation in Behr GmbH & Co. KG.

  • Advised Archer Daniels Midland on the acquisition of Schokinag Group.
