Biography

Franchesca Alamo is a transactional associate in Baker McKenzie's Chicago office.

While at law school, Franchesca co-founded, and was the first Managing Editor of, The University of Chicago Business Law Review. She also served as the President of the Law Women's Caucus and on the board of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Franchesca began her legal career as an intern for Catholic Charities, for which she received an Equal Justice America Legal Services Fellowship, and then as a summer associate at Baker McKenzie.

Practice Focus

Franchesca advises clients on various transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions.
