For the second year in a row, leading international law firm Baker McKenzie has been named “International Law Firm of the Year for Women in Law” by LexisNexis Middle East at their Women in Law Awards in the GCC, which was held in Dubai on 2 March 2023.

The Women in Law Awards is aimed at celebrating women’s achievements and innovations in the legal practice in the GCC as well as the organisations that that have put efforts into promoting women and gender equality within their teams. At its second round, the event witnessed over 150 women from the industry in the GCC who have entered for awards in 20 different categories of law practice. Baker McKenzie was recognized for their commitment to the advancement of female talent across the GCC, with the inclusion and diversity programmes that the Firm has in place and are implementing in the region.
