Baker McKenzie has advised BX BUNKA AUSTRALIA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japanese company Bunka Shutter, on its acquisition of Max Door Solutions (Bunka Shutter's third acquisition in Australia).

Bunka Shutter is a Japanese company which produces and sells various types of rolling shutters, house and building construction materials. The result of this deal, in combination with previous acquisitions, will further assist our client in achieving its growth plans in the Asia-Pacific region.”

The Baker McKenzie legal team was led by partners: Yutaka Kimura, Ben McLaughlin and Lawrence Mendes, and senior associates Masao Tozaki and Lizzie Lu, with assistance from Louise Lin and Rita Mikhael.
