Baker McKenzie advises Breville Group Limited on the acquisition of LELIT

Baker McKenzie assisted Breville Group Limited, an Australian multinational company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, in the acquisition of LELIT, a leading manufacturer and distributor of prosumer coffee machines and ironing systems, from Gemme Italian Producers.

The transaction took place through the reorganization of the Gemme Italian Producers Group, the contribution of business into the new Italian company "LELIT srl" and the sale of 100% of it to Breville Group Limited for AUD 169 million.

Baker McKenzie advised the buyer on all aspects of the transaction with a team led by Partner Raffaele Giarda and composed of Counsel Chiara Marinozzi, Senior Associate Ilaria Bosso, partner Serena Fantinelli and associate Noemi Cauzzo for the employment profiles.
