Baker McKenzie assists Banco BPM in financing for Villa Benedetta Group

Baker McKenzie's Banking & Finance team assisted Banco BPM S.p.A. in Villa Benedetta Group's loan for the acquisition through bankruptcy auction of Villa dei Pini Nursing Home, a private health facility accredited with the regional health service located in Anzio, Rome.

The Baker McKenzie team was coordinated by Partner Alberto Fornari and led by Counsel Giorgio Telarico, with support from Associates Francesco Ciociola and Camilla Bassi for the financial aspects, and from Senior Associate Mauro Casolino for the bankruptcy procedure aspects.

Villa Benedetta Group, which manages health facilities, was assisted by international law firm White and Case.
