Leading global law firm, Baker McKenzie, has today announced that it has increased its London NQ salary from £105,000 to £110,000, effective as of 1 July 2022. 

All fee earners are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, which alongside their salary and employee benefits, contributes to their overall remuneration. The Firm's bonus scheme aligns with the performance element of its strategy and is designed to recognise and reward high performance and significant contributions to the Firm.

The Firm's trainee salaries will remain at their current rates: £50,000 for first year trainees and £55,000 for second year trainees.
