Baker McKenzie advises Variosystems AG in a real estate sale with long-term leaseback

Baker McKenzie advised Variosystems AG in the sale of their global headquarter in Steinach (SG) to UBS AST-KIS. Concurrently with the sale, Variosystems AG leased back the property under a long-term lease agreement.

Variosystems AG is a global international electronics service provider offering end-to-end electronics solutions. Their main shareholder is represented by Capvis AG.

Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Variosystems AG on all legal aspects of this real estate transaction.
