Baker McKenzie advised RUAG International Holding ("RUAG International") on the sale of its simulation and training business to Thales S.A.

The aerospace company RUAG International and Thales have successfully completed the sale of the RUAG Simulation & Training business unit. Thales will take over all business activities and all 500 employees at various locations in Switzerland, France, Germany and the United Arab Emirates. With this sale, RUAG International is concentrating more on its core activities in the space market.

Baker McKenzie advised RUAG International on all legal, regulatory and competition law aspects of the transaction.
