Lawyer Carl Svernlöv has been appointed as an adjunct professor of the law of business associations at the Department of Law at Stockholm University.
Carl Svernlöv is a partner at the international law firm Baker McKenzie. With over 30 years of experience, Carl is one of Sweden's leading legal experts in corporate governance and board responsibility. In 2009, he presented an official report commissioned by the Swedish Government (SOU 2009:34) proposing simplifications to the Swedish Companies Act for small and medium-sized companies. Carl is the author of a number of books in various legal areas and was previously an adjunct professor at Uppsala University.
