Trifilon has completed a SEK 85 million pre-IPO private placement of shares. The proceeds will primarily be used to expand and commercialize the company’s development of climate-smart biocomposites.

The company has established a 3,000 m2 platform for the development of biocomposites in Nyköping, Stockholm. The new facility includes a full-scale development environment with a complete test lab, prototype production and injection molding capabilities, as well as production capacity of up to 5,000 tonnes per year.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial adviser and Baker McKenzie acted as legal adviser to Trifilon with a capital markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner, Nanna Trulsson and Sophie Gidlund.
