Baker McKenzie advises Natuzzi in a joint venture with Truong Thanh Furniture

Baker McKenzie advised Natuzzi S.p.A. in a joint venture with Truong Thanh Furniture, a group listed in Vietnam, to further strengthen its business in Asia. In particular, the Vietnamese group acquired a 20% stake in Natuzzi Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Partner Marco Marazzi from the Milan office has led the team with Lean Min-Tze and Lawrence Gregory from the Singapore office, and with the support of Nguyen Lan Phuong from the Ho Chi Minh City office.
