Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie has hired Swedish national Ylva Hult Palmryd as a partner in its growing real estate practice, joining the Firm's office in Stockholm on May 1st.

She has a broad skill set including a strong focus on real estate transactional work. Ylva joins from an in-house role as general counsel at the Swedish real estate company Alecta Fastigheter. Her previous experience includes in-house roles at real estate companies Nyfosa and Hemfosa, and she started her professional career at Linklaters.
