Global law firm, Baker McKenzie, has advised S&P Global, the world's foremost provider of credit ratings, benchmarks and analytics in the global capital and commodity market, on its merger with IHS Markit.

With the transaction completed, S&P Global will offer an enhanced value proposition for its global customer base across data & analytics, ratings, benchmarks, indices, commodities & energy, transportation, and engineering.
