Baker McKenzie Partners Brian Hengesbaugh and Lothar Determann have been recognized as 2022 BTI Client Service Super All-Stars by BTI Consulting Group.
Selection to BTI's Client Service All-Stars list is driven entirely by top legal decision makers at large corporations. Through a series of in-depth interviews, clients nominate lawyers who deliver "the absolute best client service" and exhibit key client service traits. To earn the "Super" All-Star designation, a lawyer must be nominated by more than one client. Lothar and Brian are among just 27 lawyers on this year's "Super" All-Star list.
Brian is Chair of the Global Data Privacy and Security Business Unit, a Member of the Firm's Global IP Tech Steering Committee, and a Member of the Firm's Financial Institutions' Group. He is based in Chicago and advises clients on global data privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, digital media, direct marketing information management, and other legal and regulatory issues.
Lothar is a member of the Firm's North America International Commercial Practice Group and Global TMT Industry Group Steering Committees. He is based in Palo Alto and advises clients on data privacy law compliance, information technology commercialization, interactive entertainment, media, copyrights, open source licensing, electronic commerce, technology transactions, sourcing and international distribution.
