Leading global firm Baker McKenzie has hired Ash Tiwari and Rakesh Rathod as partners in the Firm's Corporate team. Both Ash and Rakesh join from Allen & Overy. 

Ash is an outstanding M&A practitioner with an impressive deal-sheet. In addition to leading on complex deals for London head-quartered businesses, Ash will accelerate Baker Mckenzie's outbound strategy around Indian businesses. She helped found and was co-head of Allen & Overy's Indian M&A practice.

Rakesh is an exceptional corporate lawyer focussing on group reorganisations, carve-out sales/acquisitions and spin off/demergers. He joins Baker McKenzie's market-leading Corporate Reorganisations team and will bolster further its unique offering around carve-outs.

Ash joins Baker McKenzie on 31 January and Rakesh, on 2 May.
